My family and I drove to Reno for my birthday. We had a wonderful time. The staff was extraordinarily helpful in everyway possible. They definitely get 5 ⭐. The only issue we had was the sinks/ shower drained really and the air conditioner didnt work in one out the 3 rooms I rented. The beds were comfortable rooms were clean especially to have booked smoking rooms. We felt very safe. I will be returning in the near future.
