My room had lots of issues but they we're real quick to pick the issues and eventually moved us to a different room that everything worked in.

Wrong room I checked in then we went to our room to find it was not a king. Nobody answered when I called front desk so I called operators that kept saying I don’t understand and to go back downstairs. We brought all our luggage back down with us and went back to desk to hear we only guarantee a like room. I’m sorry two queens is not like. If I wanted a king I’d have to take a smoking room. This place is run down but clean The king spa suite i stayed in looked like it had not been updated in 30 years. It was clean but horribly outdated. The shower head only had one setting - fire hose. The lighting was a combination of wall switches and light switches so there inconsistency was strange. The furniture looked like it was from the salvation army.
