Recommended: Great location, super clean & wonderful staff. Bathtub was straight up, couldn't recline. Sheets don't fit bed & poorly made--probably because of time; redid it myself. Very clean, staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful: front desk, casino & housekeeping. Checked us in early although we were hours early & only expected to check our bag.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Joel! We can't wait to welcome you back for another great time at Eldorado Resort Casino soon.

Disappointed that so many venues were closed on Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays. Early check in fee. Easy access to entertainment and restaurants.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely hope you'll return to give us another opportunity to better serve you and earn your 5-star rating in the near future. Eldorado Resort Casino
