Hit or Miss The service is hit or miss as bell hop and valet service was excellent but front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. Room appliances such as iron not working and some outlets not functioning properly. Room is nice and beds, etc. are ok. They are not adequately staffed so you are kind of on your own to figure things out. Service in restaurants hit or miss too - some good others not. The walkway between casinos is a great concept and gives you a lot of options to walk around and explore.

Virginia Tower Room at El Dorado One, they have gone with an automated check in service which selects the room. The downside is that if you pay for 2 or more rooms the additional rooms have to be processed the old way by a front desk person. Kinda frustrating and it took longer it seems. Secondly, the room i got was older. The newer rooms have an electrical outlet on the lamps but mine did not so i had to unplug the clock to charge my phone. The room also did not have enough outlets. I froze there was no control of the air conditioning in the other than suite rooms.Safe did not work. It was curious how they charged 149.00 for incidentals on top of my room payment to you.
