The woman that checked us in was chewing gum and blowing bubbles. The hotel is very nice but she seemed very unprofessional.

One Mo CET Visit Mediocrity at its best for the hotel itself. However, the Lastrada restaurant is fantastic and has been for at least a generation. Be sure not to miss the table side “Smokey” old fashions.
We had a good time on our trip. Didn't like the fact that most places weren't open during the week, so we had limited places to eat and drink.

Bellman staff needs to be trained better. We asked the same question 3 different times and got 3 different answers. Staff was very polite though.
