It was a great stay. Our room was clean and stay was pleasant. Hope horel will have more kiosk to check in so people don't have to wait around.
Oldie, but a goodie Could use an update, but overall, it wasn't bad. The staff was great, from check-in/out to housekeeping. Our room on the 15th floor was relaxing and quiet. I really liked the proximity to the National Bowling Stadium. It was an easy walk even with 90 pounds of bowling balls.
A must stay for Reno It was great and you have 3 resorts connected to go to the different places. Food was excellent no matter where you ate. Plenty to do.
Back in it’s day I am sure it wad spectacular and for an older hotel it was fine the city around it was mostly closed
