Wonderful experience. Home away from home. Friendly and very experienced staff There wasn't a microwave in the room. The Ivy concierge was just the most brilliant feature of anywhere I've stayed! Prompt and had answers to every question I asked!
Loved it We didn’t like that full room service isn’t available yet. Also, the pop machine on our floor 10 and the machine on floor 9 were out of service. The room, bed, and bathroom were great. The staff was professional and helpful.

The El Dorado is friendly, clean but bathrooms are a bit dated. I understand it, but a fair number of places are closed or only open Thursday to Sunday. Makes the stay less fun. The rooms are dated and the bathroom facilities old. The room itself was good. Faclilities were clean. The main floors and restaurants were good. The reception, waitstaff and cleaning staff all did great jobs.
