The staff were great. However when checking out I told the maid that I'd be back to grab the rest of my belongings out of the room. She either didn't understand me or didn't care. She went into room right as I was taking some things to car. And she threw away my food and juice immediately that I was coming back up to get. Poor communication skills on her behalf also very disappointed. That she didn't make sure we truly were checked out before jus goin to clean room. Please fix this. Other then that stay was awesome..

Week long bowling friends trip Check I quick and easy, room very nice, good view , comfy beds. Air conditioning not too good. Set at 60 not that cool, hallway was colder. Due to pandemic not many restaurants open during week. Slots extremely tight. But we had lots of fun. Downside was the excessive number of homeless all over the place outside, did not even feel safe enough to do the river walk. We will stay again next tournament.
