Friendly & Clean but looking a little tired Room was huge, clean, and the beds were very comfortable but were up against windows and had no headboards (which makes it uncomfortable to sit & read or watch TV in bed). Decor was tired looking and could use a refresh. Bathroom area could use an overhaul, it was small dark and very cramped. Could have used more hooks for wet towels. Property was very nice. The area near the hotel was little run down and dirty. Some parts close to the hotel looked unsafe due to transients
