Your staff is incredible, especially the woman who checked us in. All of the staff of all of the outlets and bars were amazing as well. The area is sad with the closed businesses and homeless, but i know there is not much you can do about that. I appreciate you trying to mask the smoke smell in the casino, but the perfume you use almost makes it worse. Most of any issues I encountered during my stay are beyond your control and I would be happy to come back again if I am ever in the area.

The property was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Area around the hotel was unattractive and the area felt unsafe. Free covered parking!
