When we checked in at 9:30 pm on Friday, 5/21, Cameron addressed us by our names and asked us how our drive from Shasta Lake, CA was. The weather was crazy... rain, snow and fog. He knew it was a long drive and we appreciated it. Then he upgraded our room and apologized that he couldn't give us a better view. We loved our room and it was more than we expected since we checked in so late. Great hotel! The room was clean and I had a great view of the city and landscape beyond. The bed was extremely comfortable and I wish I could've taken it home with me. And the staff checking me in was incredibly nice and patient. There was an issue with the computer upon my check in but they worked hard to get it working so I could not only check in, but a lot earlier than usual. The restaurants and such were all closed and the hot tub was empty (drained and all) because of covid but otherwise. I had a great experience overa... read more

Excellent as always We stay here every time we visit Reno, not because we're gamblers but because we want a safe, clean place to stay with easy access to all the restaurants, the university and the mountains. The Eldorado has not let us down.
