Reserved a king size bed and they tried to give me two queens, said they didn't have any left. I had to upgrade to a bigger suite to get a king and paid more money.

Enjoyed our stay, no issue with the casino/motel and row. Just not much outside the building as there was in the past, pre-covid. Did see that there area is trying, hope it continues and brings back the fun & enjoyable reno street life that was there in the past

Nice clean room. My wife really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub...
Easy access from free parking garage to the casino on the overhead walkway. Front desk staff was very helpful in resolving billing questions. There were several restaurant selections to choose from in the casino, although several of them were not open for breakfast or lunch. Restaurant staff were very friendly and service and food was excellent. The hotel hallway was noisy with other guests, especially after midnight.
