Very Good we asked for a room to watch the fireworks, the front desk lady said we would be able to watch them from our window just to find out we were actually on the other side where we could not see anything:( definitely not staying here again. location

Very Good I only have one slight negative. Staff were not very helpful in helping with transportation. I was told they could not arrange anything for me. I was given vague directions to the shuttle and the valet office, which it seems should have been in same area but were not. I was left feeling rather stranded until valet offered to drive me to airport. That was a very nice gesture. So a little more help from front desk or bell service would be useful.
