Close but no cigar Employee at check in appeared to have not been trained well. Took 30 min for her to check me in. I had to ask another employee to come help her. The location was great. The cleanliness of the casino great.

Night out The room had no usb ports. The chairs could be more comfortable Shower needs nonslip on the floor All else was great.

Exceptional The city of Reno sign is right outside the front door, it was so great to get to see it at night with kids and without having to drive.

My opinions No snack areas or vending machines available. Short staffed in all restaurants made lines long and shorter times to access food. When you did get food you couldn’t reheat leftovers no microwave. When your in a casino and there open all night you want access to eating. In good location. The combinations of all three casinos. Clean and staff helpful.
