Overall - not too bad Booked into the Players Suite with the in room jetted tub. Check-in was quick and easy, staff were friendly. However hotel is starting to show it's age, fading carpets, and worn fixtures throughout the property, and in the rooms. Panel on the front of the tub was not set right, jet's missing from inside the tub, linens were starting to show thread balls. Review First time at eldorado and it was very nice and staff was helpful whenever needed
rooms were nice and clean hard to navigate in casino, was difficult to find your way around

Why such a high resort fee? Surprised that the resort fee was so expensive. We received nothing for it. We were able to get 2 cups of coffee, used 2 towels. That’s about it. Most of the resort is closed.
