We did have to change rooms because of a loud ceiling fan but all turned out good

Front desk staff should be more friendly approaching and talking to clients. Housekeepers are very nice and friendly and efficient.

Great room? very clean and lots to do at The Row . Very friendly staff.

Disappointed Rooms were a little outdated. Restaurants and amenities not open most of the time. Shuttle from airport did not run as promised. Had to wait at airport pickup spot 50 minutes to be picked up.
