I had 2 rooms...one was fine. The other was a dirty bathroom and the heater didnt work ao it was cold all night long
Unfortunately the heater didn't work and it was really cold. I bought the room for my Parents on Christmas they woke up in pain from the bed but the bad part was the heater Unfortunately they didnt say anything until check out.

From Good To A Nightmare The stay was just ok. The room had the 2 queens we requested and had a fridge but no microwave. The view was of a rooftop, so not very pleasing. The first day our bellman came to our truck and loaded our luggage and he was amazing, great guy, big tip. When checking out the bellman was instructed to deliver our luggage to our truck on level 3, at the sykwalk entrance. I then went to our truck to prepare for his arrival.
