We will never stay at the Eldorado again. We were very displeased. We were on the 4th floor with a cement wall view that had garbage right outside our window. We had a smoking room, however, there were zero fans and no circulation which caused our eyes to burn all night, making us almost leave. Also there were no in room menus and no room service. I was expecting a whole lot better, especially for the high price that we paid for only one night. This ruined our stay, and will no longer be staying at the Eldorado anymore.
Bad experience There was an old shoe from a past stay that shows the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Called maintenance twice air was not working and no hot water. Room said 2 queen beds looked like full size beds
For a non-smoking room; that’s all I could smell. Not just a little but a lot. They clearly didn’t take the proper steps to clean the room after it had been obviously smoked heavily in just hours if not minutes before I checked in. The room was updated but down a long dark musty hallway. I had a great breakfast at Millie’s.
Small room with older facilities, very uncomfortable bed and pillows.
Reserved room with separate deep soaking tub for a higher rate. Hotel said the rooms do not come with that. I pulled up the room description and they said that 3rd parties reserve rooms with wrong information all the time and to expect that room won’t be as described. The room we got was described for a lower price which they would not honor. So I was charged the higher priced room rate but was given the lower priced room.
