Terrible Their “deluxe” room is little better than a motel room. Extremely old and worn down. At least it was clean. They put us right above vents on 4th floor. Didn’t sleep a wink because of the noise. Poor seal on doors, cigarette and weed was so heavy it smelled like someone was smoking right in the room with us. Hearing and AC unit super squeaky and loud, not possible to turn it off. Front desk has an attitude for no reason. Mover again.
The casino was filled with smoke so bad it was hard to breathe, our entire party went outside several times to get air. The rooms were old and outdated. The bathtubs/showers were stained. Everything and everywhere smelled like smoke. The entire area seem just dirty and rundown.
Had to get a new room because first one was very dirty. Overall the whole hotel lacked proper, basic cleaning.

The staff (the few they had) they're working hard to accommodate the guest, the unfortunate part for us was when we had check in, the carpet, night stand and tables were dirty
One and Done! You can do better. I paid extra for a sound proof room, I was excited they had that choice because I’m a light sleeper. I get to the room late, I’m exhausted and I hear this buzzing noise, not only is the room not noise proof but it’s facing the Air Conditioning units for the entire casino. The place was empty they could have put me on the 12th on the other side of the hall since there was basically no one on the row.
Why was I charged for the resort fee when I paid with Expedia and the when I left the hotel I got a resort fee charge from the as well for $37 ! That’s $74 just in resort fees not so happy with that
