I came out for the all you can eat sea food night. . It was terrible. .and who ever your baker is please let them know that not all cookies and brownies were supposed to be hard, I'm sorry but every time I've been to the over priced Buffet the food is terrible, not to mention the workers that are so rude.. coffee so strong it would gag you. .
I'm from Puerto Rico and I was visiting Columbus, Ohio and today, I went to the casino and one of your employers at the front door ask for my ID and my husband and I showed both proof of ID and because he didn't has his passport on hand he didn't let us come in inside and enjoyed the casino. For me this is a total disappointment because my mom is from here and she recommended this casino. This action is unacceptable. Very racist.

worse casino I ever gone to they keep changing the machines and making them tighter and tighter if they tighten them up anymore the reels probably won't be able to turn!!! Buffet is mostly left over food from day to day a nd even when it is fresh it's not any good! Ohio gaming commission dose nothing to make them leave the machine alone. I rather go to Hollywood or out of town then to EVER GO To This Place AGAIN!!!!
Best casino in Ohio But why did u take away the free play I used to get anywhere from 125-50 free play each week now for the month of dec I got a whole 5.00 a week not worth my hour and 15 min drive �

I was there last Saturday 11/11 and wont ever go back. The buffet and the service were just awful. Not once did the server bring a refill or the extra napkins I asked for. Very limited dried out offerings at the buffet. The capper for me was finding a fingernail in my salad.....Was very disappointing.....used to come in once a week....never again.....
I am so disappointed in the buffet - I use to visit regularly until 2013 when I moved back to NEO. I decided to stop today because I was shopping at Eddie Bauer on Fisher. Never Again! The men are not groomed - shaggy beards, the food selection isn't what it was before Eldorado took over, the wait staff is horrid & it's not disability friendly at the soup/salad bar. Over priced & sub par.
