Pretty much NO service, sat down at table in clubhouse and did not see a waitress for 30 minutes. Had to go to bar and get our own drinks most of night and when we finished had to find someone to get bill and waited at least 30 minutes to get that. Not sure the night even deserves one star. Only good thing is we didn't have to go to kitchen and get our own meal.
We always enjoy spending a nice evening out on the patio watching the horse races. However, there is one consistent con and that is the service. It is terribly slow and very unorganized. This area could use huge improvement!!!
Grandstand was closed, sat on cheap plastic chairs. Long wait time to get a drink, then after waiting 15 minutes + they ran out of coke to make a mix drink. Inside the slots were horrible and not a good selection. Hollywood has much better selection of slots and bar staff! It was an ok experience but I will not be back.
