Ate tonight at the Grove Buffet. Terrible. Complained twice about the temp of the food. Nothing was done. Observed the manager, Chelsea, lay her head on the podium. Greeters had cell phones out and covered them with napkins when guests walked up. When we asked to speak to a manager, Chelsea came over. We expressed our concerns. Scoots Downs is paving the way to the poor house! You can't win anything there. It's not worth going for the little free play they give you. It's just to get you in there so they can get your money. Better be careful or they will turn you into a gambling crackhead! Get you in there and you get stuck on STUPID! Before you know you done spent all your money. Be walking out of there thinking about all the things you could've done with that money. Ijs

I enjoy Scioto downs but the payouts have been less the last few times I have went. Time to try another casino. They need an attached hotel.
My husband and i went here for a Jamey Johnson concert, our second one there. the first one was great but, this one was a bust. The casino "security" staff would not let any of us stand up during the show were completely rude and also told Jamey he could not meet any of his fans afterwards. Needless to say i will never step foot in this place again.
Let me say this in a way not to piss off anybody, But as it always happens at the "Downs" We used to go there often, and win a little bit, somtimes hang around for hours and play, but Ever since the subject Elderado took over, the slot players that we have talked to are not going there anymore, because of how fixxed the machines are.
