This is Saturday night July 23,2016. I am at the restaurant now. The hostess with the dark hair was extremely rude to me and talked down to me. Very unhappy. Asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn't even come out and speak to me. The hostess just laughed in my face. I will never recommend this place because of the rude and nasty hostess!
We walked in at 10 p.m. Wednesday night for live band karaoke. We were the only people there. No food. High priced watered down drinks. Bored. Won't be back
Don't waste your time ! Since Eldorado bought this place from Mountaneer Gaming, it's not worth the gas in your car to get there. My wife and I used to go to breakfast every Saturday, then to Scioto Downs. It would be pretty crowded, and parking was quite away from the entrance. Not anymore ! I stopped in this morning, and the parking lot was damn near empty ! Greed ! I guess Eldorado wants to make millions off a handful of people, whereas it used to be hundreds there, if not thousands. My Wife bought the 38 dollar tickets instead of the 20 and was standing room only what would get for 20 you sit in the parking lot! By the way the mud lot! First and last time here!
Last night was our first time we ate at buffet worse food ever!! Nothing was fresh the prime rib was good but other meet was dry out and hard couldn't eat it. Will be going tonight for Travis Trent concert but will eat before we get there!
Well me and my husband go there once a week. We never win money. We may get 20 to 50 bucks but play it right back. They need better incentives. Ever since this new company has taken it over and ever since they started building this new hotel winning there has stopped. Think twice before you invest any money there.
So I am a Horse owner So opening day at Scioto and granted I get it was opening day. At 12:55 I asked 3 waitresses standing around doing nothing if a new potential owner and I could get food. She says we do not start serving till 1 keep in mind post time is 2:05. I would have to wait. Then took the order at 1:05. 30 minutes later food came not once did the waitress come back for drink refills etc. funny part there were only about 10 people outside.
