well my boyfriend and I thought we would make the hour trip today just to get away for awhile even though we didn't really win that was ok wasn't expecting too but before we left we decided to go to the buffet and were charged $30.00 for some of the worst food we have ever eaten. Everything looked liked it had been warmed up for the third time and flies were landing all over the dessert . My husband and I go about once a week. We do not get any incentives and can't even see how many points we get while playing. Now they are moving staff around to different bars and shifts so our favorite bartender won't be in the Veil Bar when we are there (Kirk) Very disappointed in this change. We spend money in the bar but maybe not so much now. The buffet is bad but Brew Brothers is great.
Place has gotten very dirty, slots have been tightened up, played for an hour, never hit anything over a few dollars, lost a lot of money this time, don't know that I would go back anymore, don't get any free play offers anymore, they must not get enough money from me !!!!
Every machine I played, turned to gold! $$$$brought $100.00 and walked out an hour later with $700.00!!!!!:)
They give away gifts to the same people all the time they try to say that it is random bull crap then you stand in line up to 5 hours you get up there sorry we have no more so you just got screwed they need to find a better way to give out these gifts the handle cap can't even sit down while in line that's bull shit I done with with them they have gone down the buffet sucks the employee s are mean not going back the cut their machines down to where you can't win nothing I'm going to spend my money at bingo screw you
Three of us decided to try the buffet this afternoon. What a mistake! Used to go to Home Town Buffet in Columbus and on it's worst day it was better than the garbage we found on line today. Brown salad greens, shrimp left out, Chinese food that was just a gooey mess, cold roast pork, dressing and potatoes that were so dried out you could bounce the serving spoon off them. This casino has gone down hill since elodorado. Free play sucks, buffet sucks, etc etc. I'm a hosted player and don't even know who my host is. Can't play for very long unless have a couple thousand to play. Machines have been tightened up for sure. Yes I've won jackpots but few and far between. Mainly at the beginning of the year then dies off. Please don't give me your "canned" answers in free play and payouts/jackpots. Typical b.s.
