OMG. One word to describe my experience.....AMAZING! I had the pleasure of working with Alice and she is God sent. She was VERY accommodating, creative, and fun to work with. She provided a variety of options for dresses and accessories, which were all beyond beautiful. The remaining girls in the shop were also VERY nice and offered great advice. I definitely made the right choice by purchasing my dress and bridesmaids dresses from Elegant Bridals! Can't wait for my big day! :-) Thanks Elegant Bridals and Alice! :-)

When I walked into Elegant Bridal, I was not expecting to buy a dress. Came in with no appointment, but Alice treated my mother and I with great care and like I had an appointment months in advanced. We spent over two hours there and never felt rushed or a need to buy, but when I put the dress on, I knew. Hanging on the rack, it was everything I didn't want: strapless and poof. I love elegant bridals! All the staff are kind and really make you feel beautiful. They do not rush you or throw dresses at you that you clearly said you didn't like, they take you around and let you pick out the ones you want. They are wonderful people and even took the time to give me a call they day before my wedding to say, congrats and to see if I needed anything to be done. They truly care! Elegant bridal in Augusta Georgia is simply amazing. I had the absolute best experience a woman could ask for. I was extremely stressed from normal wedding issues and the staff and Traci were a breath of fresh air.
