As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and treated as though I was the only bride in the store. The level of service is very personalized and professional. They first asked what I had envisioned and brought me dresses that matched that vision but also brought things that I had not thought about but ended up loving. My sister bought her dress from Elegant Bridals 6 years ago, so I wanted that to be my 1st stop. I walked in the store and was initially disappointed. The consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store had numerous dresses to choose from and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one.
By far, one of the best experiences of the wedding planning process. Rachel made me feel like a queen trying on royal gowns.

Wow. Just wow. This place is absolutely wonderful. From the beautiful dresses to the amazing staff. It is a very personal experience to buy a wedding dress. Elegant Bridals was the only wedding dress boutique that I visited. They were so helpful in squeezing me in when I realized that they were having a trunk show of a designer I loved the exact weekend that my mom would be in town. The only issue I had was being kept waiting and with no service at my second appointment because another bride was running late, but I am so glad that I didn't leave because that was the day I found THE DRESS and I couldn't be happier.
