Traci and Jane helped me find the dress of my dreams! I gave them an idea of what I liked and the very first dress I tried on ended up being the one. This is the most amazing bridal store with phenomenal consultants and staff! Everyone is so helpful and so sweet! I love that this is a Christian run Business! You know you, your groom, family and wedding are being continually prayed over! I can't say enough good things about this store!
I had the pleasure of working with Rachel Wilson. She was very patient (since I didnt know what I was looking for) and so much fun. She made my experience special. I would definitely recommend her to help you in your wedding needs.
The women helped me chose a dress perfect for me and suffered through my multiple trips back trying to decide on a hair piece and jewelry. Even when I brought in outside jewelry they gave their feedback and helped me decide on a perfect combination!
Rachel assisted me with the selection of my dress and accessories. She was very sweet, professionally enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and overall very enjoyable to work with. All the associates at Elegant Bridal were always friendly, friendly, and the service levels were top-notch.
Who knew that this experience was provided in Augusta, GA?! All the ladies in the shop were very friendly! They didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all! The plus for me was the selection of plus size dresses to choose from and that everything I needed through the duration of the dress up session/fitting was provided to me. By the far best experience I have had with anything wedding related. I was able to get my dress and 5 of my bridesmaids dresses from them. They are extremely helpful and mindful of what you are looking for. Never once did I feel pressured .
For me, dress shopping was something that I was dreading- but Elegant Bridals associates were kind, patient and so knowledgeable about the various dresses that they have in the shop and the designers. I not only got my bridal dress, but all of my bridesmaids dresses and my mother's dress.
I bought my wedding dress from Elegant Bridals, and Traci was extremely helpful with the whole process. She helped me pick out my dress, jewelry, and shoes. The staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them to any bride in need of a beautiful dress!
