It was not only about fixing the appliance, they told how to avoid the situation in the future. As positive as the experience was, the last thing I want to have to deal with is this again.

They phoned me when the car was repaired to ensure that the car was still performing well. And that is when I learned that they were not interested in closing a ticket only.
