Peter and the team at Mal Elfman's were fantastic! They provided communication about the status of the carpet order and delivery to their warehouse. They were also able to be flexible with a change in size during the on-site installation. The team that came to cut and bind the rug were kind and professionsal. It was a great experience!

The installers were. Pleasant and efficient. The job went smoothly. I had asked John if they could move the remnant from the bedroom upstairs to my living room and I would take care of laying it out. They went the xtra mile and moved the furniture and put down the felt pad and my existing remnant for me. I did go to put my bedside lamp back and my bed was was covering the outlet. Excellent experience with Elfman's. My stair runner was installed this morning and looks amazing. The installers were expert and efficient. I also ordered a remnant to make a living room area rug. Looks amazing! Reasonable pricing. I absolutely recommend for all rug and carpeting needs!
