Work was done very professionally and Peter went above and beyond.

In the midst of Covid, I felt very comfortable with the way the staff conducted themselves at the show room and when the installation took place in my home. The installers were extremely professional and did a great job. All of my communications with Peter were timely, courteous, and thorough. I would highly recommend using Ben Elfman for any floor work.
The installers did a fantastic, efficient, neat job. They were very pleasant. Arranging the job through Peter Richard was, as always, easy as can be.
We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, everyone was helpful, but not overwhelming. They let us look around and answered any questions we had (very knowledgeable staff). We picked out a carpet they had in stock, they measured our area the next day (Friday) and had it installed Tuesday morning. Communication was great and we are happy with our Purchase.
Paul Jackson did an excellent job in our search for carpet and the crew led by Abraham did an excellent job with the installation. Highly recommend.
I just recently had a great experience, buying two carpets during this strange pandemic time. I called the store, met Paul the next morning and was the only customer in the store at the time. He was helpful in assisting me to make decisions, and helped load the carpets into the car. The whole process was easy, the carpets are gorgeous, and we couldn't be any more pleased with the whole process!
