We were so pleased with our whole experience. From the friendly gentleman in the showroom helping us with choices to the installers. They arrived on time, did a wonderful job and left the job site spotless.
Staff at store were professional and most helpful. The installation crew were prompt, courteous, worked quickly, neat and clean. My husband and I were very pleased with Elman's Flooring.
Elfman's has installed three carpets for us. In each case they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price they committed to. No surprises. No disappointments. Their staff is respectful and helpful. The installs are all flawless, without seams or bumps. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We are very happy with our new hardwood floors. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with — from John who sold us the floors to Wayne on site doing much of the prep to Jonathan and team who installed. These guys were great. What really impressed us beyond the obvious quality of their work was how graciously they handled a few bumps in our project. That’s what truly sets apart firms that put a premium on customer service.

It is rare these days to find someone that is honest, knowledgeable and dependable. Peter Richard at Elfman’s Flooring is all of that and more.There isn’t enough space here to say all the great things I wanted to so I will sum it up by saying I’ve been telling everyone I know, as well as plenty of people I don’t know how great this guy is. Elfman’s is lucky to have him! I wish I could give him ten stars!
They have a great selection of products and very competitive price. Customer service is awesome. Once order is placed they give you updates along the way. Will definitely work with them in the future.
Peter at Elfman's was awesome. I never even met him - emailed with what I was looking for, he got it immediately and sent me a variety of links to samples to check out. I chose a couple and he had samples mailed to me which arrived very quickly. And that day, I had placed the order. Two weeks later, a smooth-as-can be install and gorgeous newly carpeted stairs! Love how easy the process was, and the prices were good too. Thank you very much!
