Returning calls and email,Terrible services ,we took over six months to close.It was a nightmare,if not for the interest we would have dropped them after 45 days.Terrible Company

Took 6 months to close. Eli told us he intentionally ignored our calls. We had to call other people for help, or use somebody else’s phone so he would not recognize the number. This is totally unacceptable to me. He would not return any calls or messages. Terrible service.

Loan closed with the original rate and relatively reasonable costs. However, that’s about the extent of my positive experience. If felt as though the loan officer was overwhelmed with demand (it was a high demand refi environment) and several things slipped through the cracks that were clearly communicated on my end on the front side of the process. Ultimately, I had to accommodate their mistakes to keep the rate and terms.

IT TOOK TEN (10) WEEKS for a refi. I feel as if I hadn't kept calling to check the status of the loan and if there was anything needed I would still be waiting for them to complete the loan. Emily was very professional and friendly but seemed to be overloaded.
