JD was very knowledgeable, professional, available by phone or email (it seemed like any time of the day or night) and "business like" and at the same time very human, caring and fun to banter-back-and-forth with--that made the process much less onerous. At the same time I was considering Mutual of Omaha as the lender of choice I was working with Navy Federal Credit Union as a possible lender. There was no comparison, MoO was many times better and the primary reason was JD. Frankly, 5 stars are not enough.
