Finally a good alternative for high speed internet.
ALWAYS GOING DOWN!!! I pay for the fastest speed they have and 1/2 the time it never works!! Elevate will be in my area soon I can’t wait to cancel Elite. Customer service is horrible usually only way you can get an answer is through facebook messenger! I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t have any other options!
Have issues with the service- windy days , heavy rainy/ snow seem to interrupt or slow service to the point downloads or streaming are not possible I’m usually told that tower is being serviced or we are waiting for the parts to update the equipment so it wont happen again but it usually does. On the good side they do respond to email notice of the problem but they are not open all hours to fix the issue. Luckily I can use a Verizon hot spot when needed.
