I have had Elite for 5 years, when they are up and no clouds then they are good. However on cloudy days like to day I'm getting less than half the speed I pay for. I really like the repair person and he worked hard to get us back up this last week, but now we are up/down again with slow internet. For the money my connection should be rock solid. Maybe in the future they will fix their equipment and get it together, but for now I would not recommend.
I’ve given this company so many chances! As someone who works from home, this has been a nightmare. Too many outages to count, slow internet most days, crappy equipment, and not to mention, the worst customer service I’ve ever had. You call customer service and they never answer the phone and leave you without internet for days. I message management and they ignore me. This company is complete garbage. I’d avoid them at all costs. I will be seeking other internet providers ASAP.
I've used Elite for 3 years now. I've never had good service. For the first couple of years we just dealt with it. When Netflix would sit and spin, we would just shut off the tv and do something else. When I couldn't work online I would use my hotspot. When we really wanted to watch something we would mirror off of our phones. But when I finally started to call and ask for help I was lied to, "we're working on the towers", told to upgrade, which we did, and straight up blown off. Improve your service. We have had intermittent service for months now. Made several calls to tech support. They say they are working on it or there is no outage. Time to find a new provider.
Fixing the constant service outages in the David Rd area, its down at least a couple of times a week. Tech support isnt helpful either.
Customer service sucks! With our house being in the location it’s at we can’t get many other services but at first it was a pain to get them out here to set it up then it only works 15% of the time and if it’s anything but clear blue sky’s they blame it on the weather and their tower. Just an awful provider! Do not recommend
Horrible customer service ! Can't get ahold of anybody or have phone calls returned. Internet randomly goes down and doesn't work. Restarting router etc doesn't help. Sucks because they're my only Internet option out here in Olathe.
Provide service paid for on a regular basis and notify customer of frequent outages for 'upgrades.' Thankfully I had another option and was able to change providers.
We use to have excellent service, speed, every thing. This year has been a nightmare. Is always out on weekends and evenings or slower speeds so we cannot stream anything. Never contacts us, have repeatedly ask to talk to the owner who was very nice when we started with elite always made sure we were taken care of, now nowhere to be found that’s after sending messages via their web site.
