Have internet half the time and very pour customer service
Better customer service. We were longtime customers who had to move out of the area, but we moved two days after our monthly bill. We had hoped to get a refund for the unused time because we had to have the Internet access up until we literally drove away, but could not move before our bill came. We were told 'no' on the refund and so we will not be recommending them to the people who will be moving into our old home.
Worst customer service ever!!! I'm stuck because we don't have any other internet providers because we live too far out. Believe if we had other options, I'd toss Elite aside!! They need to fix their tower on East Carnation Road, because they've used it as an excuse for 3 years now!!!
RecommendedTerrible customer service. It took 12 hours for a call back. Then I was told up to 48 hours before I have service again
