The experience overall has been good. This is our first build and I was amazed at the ease of the process. My husband and I enjoyed working with Ann she made us feel comfortable and created a friendly laid back environment for us.
Ann was a wonderful sales representative. You are lucky to have her. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions. We are not from Louisville but Ann gave us a good understanding of the housing market and Elite Builders.
Kay was wonderful. She went out of her way to assist us in every way. She was patient, very knowledgeable about the home building industry and the product she was selling. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
My wife’s parents moved back to Louisville and my wife wanted to follow them to take care of them. We were looking for a fixer because we thought that’s all we would be able to afford.
