Great experience! Everyone was really good to work with. Starting with Laura Fisk as a sales rep. then with Michelle and Lauren at the design center. Joey B. could not have been better as a Supervisor ( ya'll better hang on to him). Kim Lally was very nice, friendly and extremely helpful at the end. We actually had an independent home inspection done before the final walk thru (Bob English). He was very complimentary of the quality of home that Elite builds. It's not only the home it's the people. We found that Ann has been nothing less than a professional in every aspect of this process. I told her that in the short time we have known her that I feel like we are old friends. So if your looking for that person that will go the extra mile with you it's Ann out at Shakes Run. We were looking for a Garden Home and found the perfect place.
