I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady, Laura, who was not pushy and let us initially stroll through the garden home on our own. She later approached us, giving us some information and answering all our questions. I never felt rushed or hurried. We returned for several more visits, and the experience was the same.......not pushy, but thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns.
Jon is awesome! He's always enthusiasticaly encouraging , eagerly willing to be helpful, and he diligently finds accurate answers to my many questions. He does all this with a cheerful countenance and friendly smile. He is very competent and serves with a great heart!
Jon Lederman was extremely knowleadgable in all aspects of the community. I haven’t spent time with a sales rep that cared as much about personability as him.
