The reps were knowledgeable and professional. They were fast and friendly. The only reason they didn’t get a five star was their tablet was acting up and it took a phone call later to get the price right. I’ll update my review after my door is installed.
Prompt service and very professional and knowledgeable about repair work done
Found ourselves stuck when our garage door spring broke. We had two vehicles inside and unable to go anywhere. Called ELITE and they had a technician at our front door in less than an hour. Had new springs installed by Martin. He was very polite and did an excellent job.
Martin was a lifesaver when I needed weekend emergency service with the garage door malfunction. I had contacted another garage door emergency repair twice on a Sunday. After no callback from the other company, I contacted Elite. Their service man contacted me within half an hour of placing my call. They were at my residence within half an hour. Excellent service! I highly recommend Elite. I will definitely call them in the future.

They came to look at oir current gate,which is over twenty years old. We decided we wanted a new gate. There was no pressure and we were geven a price for what we wanted and ordered from them. Liked the technicus that was working with us. Felt the quotes price was very fair. He did explain if we added any thing the price could go up. Very trans parent in pricing.
