The service we received was great. Albert, the technician, was knowledgeable, efficient & very nice. The garage door is fixed & working beautifully!
They had to come back to realign the track because the wires broke again. They came out the next day and it seems to be working great now.
we tried to install a new Genie and had issues... we called in the pros... and were given the option for Liftmaster LED motor! OMG - it is great, powerful, quiet as a mouse and the service from DEL was great, responsive, efficient, trustworthy, professional and committed to our customer satisfaction... just a great service rep... it wasn't cheap, as we bought 3 openers, but i'd do it again... best service in town.. if you need help-give them a call... they made our life worry free... and I never thought I would be thrilled w... read more
Cameron was quick and efficient. The door was closing slowly and with lots of squeaking. Now it runs quietly and smoothly.
The service was wonderful. Albert explained everything and made recommendations for the next service. He also offered recommendations for the replacement of our aging gate.

When the balance springs break and your car is trapped in the garage - you panic. There was no need for concern. My call was answered promptly and an appointment was immediately scheduled. Cameron was more than an hour early and had the necessary parts in the truck, The door was fixed and I was free within three hours. Elite Garage Doors installed the original equipment and will be my company of choice.
