Elite responded to our broken garage door spring in a very timely fashion. The two men were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.
Always very fast service by knowledge and friendly techs. Customer service reps who answer the phone need the same level of professionalism, such as writing down directions and gate codes on the work order so the poor tech can find the house.
Elite was quick to schedule my garage door repair. The technician, Johnny, was on-time and professional. He took cafe of the repair quickly, neatly and professionally--and he was a really friendly guy. Great service, great price. I'll call them again if the need arises.

****** arrived on time, was very polite and well informed. He explained the situation very well and carried out the work in a timely manner. He left everything clean and tidy and put the door opening on my car for me as asked.
Technician arrived earlier than expected (after calling me first). He was courteous, explained all the problems and the cost. I needed new rollers as all of them were cracked! After replacing them, the door operated and sounded like the same quiet garage door as it was when new, approx 11 years earlier. You won't have to wait days or weeks for them to show up. ***** *

After a little hiccup in communication the service techs were here a day earlier than expected to make our lives a whole heck of a lot easier. One of the shaft springs had broken in half and would not allow the 18 foot double door to open under tension. The repair techs were able to affix a small spring block that allows the two broken ends of the spring to seat into the holes in the block that has two set screws which tighten against the broken ends.
