I called Elite Garage, Doors and Gates to come repair a garage door that I had bent at the bottom which required a bit of work to get everything back in place. I won't go into details as they are quite embarrassing so needless to say I needed someone to fix my mistake. Johnny was able to come withing a couple of hours and fixed the door to make it operable and lockable. He was very patient with me as I asked questions and told him about my error in judgment. Johnny provided a courtesy call to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly and very knowledgable in the mechanics of how to resolve the problem. The service work consisted of a lube and tune and now the garage door opens smoothly.

Prompt professional service, the tech Johnny was proficient and courteous and got the job handled would definitely use them again. Broken spring which was under warranty and was replaced all I paid was labor.
The tech was very competent and arrived during the designated time. They have been great to return and trouble shoot a couple of issues with our gate. I would not hesitate to recommend elite to anyone.
