Barry was excellent at what he does, professional, courteous, on time, and I do plan to request him in the spring/summer to insyall the latest garage door opener. Hope the company had more employees like Barry.

Encountered problems with scheduling which were finally resolved. The technician did a satisfactory job and was friendly. Unfortunately, the cost for 1 hour of service time to fix the problem was $195. This is entirely too much to pay for 1 hour of remedial service. Based on my experience, I will not use this company in the future.
Customer service and the technician who performed the work were both top notch. I would definitely hire this company again.
