Had to do job over 2 days as technicians didn't have all the proper equipment. Inconvenient.
Missed appointment twice because it wasn't logged in the appointment book. Once they finally arrived, their work was terrific and at a very reasonable price.

I felt used. They charged me way too much. I felt cornered because I already owed them for the visit. They charged $491.20 to "recondition" my door; including a 10 year warranty. I think a fair price would have been much less. There might have been $50 of parts involved cables a small wheels. They were here less than an hour.
