The provider of services did not offer to install a manual lock once I declined the remote garage door opener.
I initially had trouble getting someone to show up for an estimate, but once I contacted the owner directly, I received an estimate and the door was replaced the next day. I am very happy with the new door.
The price was a little higher but the quality and perfessionalism was well worth it.
