Great techs and a great warrenty!

What I assumed would be a simple repair ended up costing substantially more when I was told I should have most of the mechanism replaced. In hindsight, I should have checked with another firm before agreeing to have the work done.
Precision Garage Door I scheduled an appointment for 9:00am but they showed up at 11:45am. I was told that the in-take people do not communicate with each other and that they tend to schedule appointments for the same time. The service was good but the price was expensive ($975 to change two springs and replace the garage opener for one garage door).
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Although it happened right before the Holiday, the company worked with me and placed the door in a very timely fashion before I had to travel for the Holiday.
