I stopped by to visit a family friend here and was so surprised by the feel of the place and the genuine people here. Wow is all I can say. When it is time for my family to consider a place like this, you can bet Ellery Arbor will be our choice.
I was so pleased with my visit to see my grandmother. This place is really cool with all their different spaces for her to wander around. She seems happy, so I’m happy. Thank you for the peace of mind Ellery Arbor.
Not only is this newly renovated community beautiful but the team is so loving to everyone there. Everytime I go in I see things going on and people laughing. Residents are walking around and doing things together. I love the attention paid at meal times with the towels and essential oils. You definitely need to see this for yourself!

I love the way the community looks like a small town square. I've never seen anything like it. The community has a touch responsive musical therapy machine (CRDL) that is used for programming. They also have AI technology in the apartments to watch for falls called Safely You. It notifies the care staff if a resident is getting out of bed. This place is a gem for anyone looking for active memory care!

[name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] MEDTECHS provides exceptional care to my Dad!! [name removed], Activity Director is a super human. So sweet and excellent work ethic! Also, [name removed] the RA is a blessing. She does anything the residents need.
The staff members at Ellery Arbor Memory Care were very accommodating to both my dad and me while my mom was in their care. She passed last fall I recommend to friends and family that if they are ever in a situation where they need to put their parents in a facility, to call A Place For Mom. You folks were a godsend for me.
We went with Ellery Arbor because I liked their main street. It is different activities and there is a lot for residents to look at and keep them stimulated. We have a private room and it is a very nice size, there are some shared rooms but I think most are private. The staff have been very good at communicating with the families and keeping us updated. I would definitely recommend this facility for those looking for memory care for their loved ones.
Communication after you settle in has been poor. They are great at first but once settled you are another email to answer. You have to ask multiple times. Activity bus is broken down so they have not gone out on outings that we were told about and other activities also not occurring (gardening).
