EVERY person has THE best customer service skills EVER! From the moment you call and speak to Heather, to the billing specialist Jennifer, to the Surgical Techs: Anna and Kayle - and the creme de la creme was the dentist - Dr. Evans. I have a genuine fear of anything revolving the dentist/dental. I have gotten panic attacks sitting down in the chair for a dental cleaning. I knew I needed to get my wisdom teeth out, but pushed it off for so long out of fear. I am SO glad I chose Ellis and Evans to do this procedure. I am extremely thankful for Ellis & Evans! I had been in pain for several weeks and hadn’t been sleeping well. Once a scan identified a failed root canal, I contacted them to schedule an extraction. They were able to fit me in that same day! Dr. Evans and his staff explained everything prior to the procedure and made me feel comfortable. They also checked on me the following day. I highly recommend them!!
Dr. Ellis and his team were amazing and took great care of me. I'm always anxious about dental procedures and they explained everything in advance and reassured me along the way! They are the absolute BEST !
