My boyfriend and I come here regularly for date night. We love the reclined chairs and the food. We went last night to watch the early premiere of Jigsaw and we ordered our food and told that it was going to be 6 minutes for our food which was okay. So after the 6 minutes we went up yo grab our food and we stood there for 15 minutes and waited for our food. We had 10+ employees that weren't doing nothing and wouldn't come to us. I had to hunt someone down to get our food. We were 15 minutes late for our movie.
I usually go the the Macomb or Rochester emagine and was disappointed that this one doesn't deliver your order on the weekends, I ordered food and then it took 20 minutes to get it and I missed the first 10 minutes of my movie...
Love the seats ! Only problem this time was hearing movie in Nextdoor theatre. Found it very annoying. Told an usher only so they would be aware of that mater. Been here many times. First time this happened.
Went to the movies yesterday with my friends was harassed by security for something we didn't even do I miss most of the movie because I kept going to complain but the manager didn't do shit the security kept harassing us I will never go to emagine canton again worst experience ever waste of my time not too often do I get a chance to see a movie with friends without our kids a girls night out turned into a worlds bad night we felt pointed out emagine is racist
Normally I have a pleasant experience watching movies here. Today was an exception. I was denied a refill on my popcorn that I paid alot of money for due to a building problem. I don't see why a building problem could have any thing to do with filling up my container with the popcorn that is right there in front of me. So many people using their cell phones during the movie. They need to monitor that better and ask those rude people to put them away or leave.
