False advertising. This place needs help. And, some theater seats which can actually be sat in. Terrible.
Our experience was not enjoyable... The young man taking our tickets was unfriendly, he didn't even greet us or let us know which theater our movie was in. My husband and I were very disappointed when we walked into theater 18 to find regular seating, not the luxury recliners that are even featured in the pre-movie advertisements. In fact, the seats were down right uncomfortable. I stood in line for 10 minutes for popcorn, with 2 registers open & only 1 person in front of me. I can't imagine the wait on a busy night... The seat could have been better for 10$. I bought the tickets but nobody checked it so I think it's careless. I should have just seen a movie without tickets..lol

So much for luxury seating....website said novi had recliners...nope not at all. Normal movie theater seats. And very poor customer service. Wasnt even busy...thursday afternoon. Wont be returning. And trying to access your wbsite...keeps redirecting me. Why do you think you can restric what websites i can visit?! Ridiculous
The employees are fine and do nothing wrong. They actually, in fact, seem to be the only ones who keep the theater running. Strange then why the management treats them like disposable garbage. Love this theatre but I hate the theatres are always freezing. I left my movie because it was so cold I can't even enjoy it. Sadly I think I'll just have to start going somewhere else as I want to feel comfortable. Oh well.
