Matinee prices ($6.00) are okay (3.99 @ Star Southfield). Seats are soft & comfortable. Sound and picture quality is great. BUT $5.00 for a small 16 oz small pop? Ridiculous! For that price, I could hit up Dollar Tree & sneak in my own pop AND snacks and still have money left over! People behind me had a toddler who kept talking and walking around and at one point tripped and fell on me from behind. Could not enjoy the movie. My son was even annoyed. It had been a while since I've been and wow!!! Things have really gone down hill there. I will continue to support AMC theatres and will not be giving a penny more to Imagine entertainment. The bathrooms were gross!!! 3 ticket spots open which is less than half kiosks were not working. Theatre was dirty. Should I go on?
Won't be back. I thought I was paying for recliner seating when I brought my tickets online. Big disappointment. I rather go to the Canton one with the luxury seating and the tickets are cheaper!
