Like the idea of a one stop shop, and it was nice to be with a bunch of girlfriends on a Saturday night, however we did not have good serbice at all, the service was terrible at dinner and during bowling when maby ladies were drinking.

Emagine Royal Oak has gone a little down hill over the years since I first discovered it. $50 for 4 drinks, 2 bags of sour patch kids and 2 large popcorns, and for parking? The place is always slightly dirty, is staffed by kids who have no work ethic and do not take pride in their job at all. The prices for movie theaters are ALL ridiculous; maybe you should discount your tickets a little to match your subpar movie going experience, ridiculous parking option prices, and the nonchalant attitude of some of your staff? This theater needs some TLC. I went to a matinee which means buying tickets at Concessions. That's understandable, because it's generally not busy. However when you only have 2 people working the counter and the lines are filled with families bringing their kids up for candy, people buying tickets it slows down. The bathroom was clean. The front of the house looked good. Auditorium was clean and my seat worked however the cushions need to be replaced.
